Volunteers are needed to support several day clinic staff by assisting patients to make sure that they are aware when they have been called in for appointments to help reduce delays to the service. You must be willing to commit 6 month and preferably be available for 3 hours per week. DBS check is essential. Training is given.

Skills Required: • Good communication skills • Welcoming • Approachable and helpful • Knowledge of the location of other departments in the hospital • Ability to stand for the duration of shift
