E-commerce Volunteer

You will photograph donated items and create appealing online listings, writing engaging product descriptions for platforms such as eBay and Vinted. The role includes managing stock levels, updating listings, and responding to customer messages and enquiries. If you’re local, you can also assist with packaging and dispatch. In addition, you’ll help guide and support young people as they develop their e‑commerce skills.

Availability details
6-10 hours per week (flexible Timing) but visits to charity shops will be needed and they are open Tues – Sat 10-4pm
