In-School volunteer
Organisation
Success Club Charity
As an in-school support facilitator with Success Club, you’ll work alongside our team to deliver engaging programmes that support children and young people across our partner primary and secondary schools. Volunteers play a vital role in creating an inclusive environment, encouraging participation and supporting students who may struggle to engage. With opportunities to assist in mentoring, wellbeing workshops, outdoor mindfulness sessions and more, you’ll gain hands-on experience, grow in confidence and make a real impact. We value positive energy, compassion, reliability and a genuine interest in working with young people and we offer training and support to help you thrive in your role.
What skills do I need?
We’re looking for volunteers who have a genuine desire and interest in working with children and young people, who bring a positive attitude and energy to every interaction. Compassion, kindness, and a willingness to support others are key qualities, along with reliability and a strong sense of commitment. Flexibility and the ability to jump into various tasks with enthusiasm will help ensure a rewarding experience for both you and the community we serve.
Once signed up we’ll meet with you to discuss which of our programmes you would most fit with and enjoy supporting, and we would ask that you commit to continuing with that group for the duration of the programme so that there is consistency for the children and young people we work with. We provide training alongside volunteering so that you can get the most out of what you are doing.
Enhanced DBS required – we will process this once your are accepted as a volunteer with us.
